STEADY

adj. Firmly balanced, not shaking or moving; unwavering and reliable.

Balance · Core

An on-demand balance & stability program for the long game. Coming soon to LFR On Demand.

01

The Program

Not a class. Not a gym. Something different.

Steady is a coaching program built for people who want to move better, feel more stable, and trust their body again.

This isn't generic group fitness. It's a different approach entirely — built around the things most people never properly train.

Private coaching is one-on-one and fully individualized. Steady brings that same standard into a guided, on-demand format — focusing on balance, coordination, stability, and control, available wherever you are.

02

The Work

The foundation most programs skip.

Steady is built around two things that determine how well you move as you age — balance and core. Everything else sits on top of them.

These aren't extras. They're the foundation.

The program progresses through three phases — each one building on the last. By the end, you won't just feel stronger. You'll move differently. You'll trust your body in a way you maybe haven't in years.

Phase 1

Foundation

Building the base. Posture, breathing, core activation, balance basics, foot connection. We fix the patterns before we add load.

Phase 2

Integration

Connecting the pieces. Strength, coordination, and balance work that fits together — not done in isolation.

Phase 3

Performance

Putting it together. Functional strength, advanced balance, coordination under pressure — movement that carries into everyday life.

Is This Right for You?

Steady was built for you if...

You want to stay active, strong, and independent for the long haul

You've noticed changes in your balance, stability, or how your body feels day to day

You're finishing physical therapy and want to keep progressing beyond what rehab offers

You've tried group fitness and found it too generic, too fast, or not built for your body

You want structured, expert-led training you can follow from home

You're serious about your movement and want a program that treats you that way

You want to improve how you move, not just how you look

04

Why Steady

Private training expertise. On-demand access.

Our private clients get fully individualized programming, personal attention, and a long-term coaching relationship. Steady brings that same standard into a guided on-demand format — for people who want more than a class but can't get to Jonathan in person.

Every session has a purpose. Every movement has a progression. And everything is built around real movement quality — not just getting through a workout.

Expert-led programming

Jonathan designs every Steady session. You're following a coach's plan, not a random routine.

Built for your body

Every exercise has a modification and a progression. You work at the level that's right for you — not the person next to you.

Results you can measure

The program includes a movement assessment at the start and end. You'll see exactly how far you've come.
